Healthier and fresher appearance
Regenerative facial surgery & treatments
Knowledge of the course of ageing processes, particularly at the cellular level, and the resulting visible changes to the face have also significantly changed the techniques used to treat age-related changes to the face.
The treatment methods and surgical techniques described below are used in combination or as individual treatments. The respective composition of an individual treatment plan results from a targeted treatment of the respective problem (sagging skin, sun damage, wrinkles due to loss of fatty tissue and consecutive sagging skin with loss of elasticity) in coordination with the overall appearance (facial features) and the respective mimic features (facial expressions).
My patients express almost the same desire for
The greatest possible naturalness ("People should still recognize me afterwards")
The least possible obviousness ("You should hardly notice that...")
Short downtime ("When can I go out with people again, to work, to sport...?")
This is precisely why I have the task of taking a very close look right from the first consultation in my practice and sharing even the smallest observations of my trained eye with the patient. Subsequently, 3D skin and facial images provide helpful services in terms of objectivity, measurability and detailed illustration of the particular features of the face. Especially over the course of time.
A consultation with a doctor in this area initially takes about an hour and often a follow-up appointment of the same length to go into more detail, perhaps also to plan treatments. Even for small changes, or rather so that the treatments are as specific (targeted) and "as small as possible" (as little invasive as possible), time is needed, especially for initial consultations.
In other articles in this MAGAZINE you will find some examples of the treatment of age-related facial changes as well as an overview of the wide range of treatment and surgical techniques I use for my patients:
Always as minimally invasive and non-surgical as possible. And yet never minimalist:
If the only option is to use a scalpel and the particular situation and problem requires a surgical procedure, then plastic surgery is used: with sensitivity, experience and attention to detail.
I am always happy to continue my training in this area.
I know all about that.
We promise.
